After spending a year out of 11 a-side football and rather than find a new club to play for Tony decided to set up a new team - Bromley Eagles.
The Eagles had originated from a group of 8 mates who just played in a 6 a-side league every sunday. They decided to round out a few extra players to build an 11 a-side team and so joined the Orpington and Bromley District Sunday Football League in the Summer of 2005.
